Studies have shown yoga and movement to be effective modalities for relieving pain, supporting the immune system, and dealing with the stress that comes with having a chronic illness or injury.  Join a supportive group of like-minded individuals who want to improve their health and happiness naturally (whether you are on pharmaceutical medications or not doesn’t matter). Get the expert guidance of an experienced movement teacher and life coach who knows firsthand what it is like to live with autoimmune illness and chronic pain.

I joyfully gained so much more than I expected from Meredith’s classes as she brings her seemingly unending knowledge and her peaceful persona to her yoga classes. She is tuned in to each and every student and teaches the class to fit everyone’s needs and levels. She explains how each pose helps us both physically and mentally and adds beautiful nuggets of wisdom throughout the class. It is clear that her mission is to purely help people engage in yoga and experience the benefits of mental & physical health and well being that it offers. I am now an advocate of yoga practice but more so of Meredith as I have never had such an inviting and invigorating class of the many classes I’ve attended at different venues.

MindBody Movement Classes at Live Better Wellness integrate various innovative and effective modalities, combined to increase strength and mobility, improve posture and breathing, and enhance your performance in all areas of your life.  Some techniques are drawn from = classical yoga, body corrective exercises, functional movement, self-myofascial release, and relaxation practices. 


This series will include weekly healthy movement classes, specially designed with your needs in mind. Class size will be kept small so that you get the attention you deserve, and Meredith will tailor classes to allow for any limitations you might be experiencing, as well as your unique goals.  Modifications will always be offered for each pose.


Even better, since this is a series of classes, classes will build on each other as YOU grow and progress!


You will be amazed at how quickly you improve when you commit to a series of classes designed in this way. In regular drop-in yoga classes, the teacher must adjust for new students in each class, and –unlike the MindBody Movement Series –the classes aren’t always designed to build on the ones before.


In addition to the weekly classes, there will be home assignments to nurture your body, mind, and spirit, all designed to support a healing lifestyle. These brief home assignments, delivered via weekly emails, will skyrocket your progress and keep you on track with changes that you are making to support a healthy, holistic lifestyle and positive mindset.

I wasn’t quite sure what to expect from my coaching sessions with Meredith. Once we began though, I quickly realized how beneficial her coaching was for my life. …I was overwhelmed trying to balance the demands of daily life. Meredith outlined strategies to help organize my busy schedule. Each week, Meredith would check in and hold me accountable for the goals we set during our prior conversation. I knew that if I hadn’t followed my plan for “me time,” Meredith would call me on it. I feel the greatest benefit I gained from working with Meredith, is a stronger knowledge on how to better organize all the little things. I don’t feel so wound up all the time, and as a result, it has trickled down to my kids – they seem calmer as well. Also, she reminded me to cut myself some slack, and to not be so hard on myself all the time. I would highly recommend coaching sessions with Meredith for anyone looking to regain focus in their life.
