What to do if you’ve been sitting still too long and your hips are feeling kind of stiff or achy? This fun, yet effective 10-minute hip mobility flow is perfect! It helps work on the flexibility AND strength of the hips. It’s also a good one to do when you first wake up, especially if you have joint pain. Movement helps to lubricate the joints and ease the pain of arthritis.


Take a seat on the floor or propped up on a pillow or two. For one part of the video, you will need something that helps you slide. I just wore socks on a hard floor, but if you have carpeting you could use furniture sliders or even a couple plastic bags to help your feet slide over the surface.
